We have been fortunate enough to catch a superstar in the world of international techno as she hits the states for a series of gigs before she heads down to South America. A world class DJ who has literally been there and done that. From rocking sunrise parties with Ricardo Villalobos in Thailand to headlining some of the most prestigious clubs and festivals in Europe, Asia, and South / North America Julietta has proven that she is a force to be reckoned with on the dancefloor. An early love for house music and an affinity for the Detroit sound, Julietta pioneered one of the first electronic radio shows in southern Germany which led to her first residency at the legendary Ultraschall club in Munich. Since then it has been none stop, some recent club stops include renowned venues like Panoramabar (berlin), Robert johnson (frankfurt), Rex (paris), T bar (london), Colors Studio (tokyo), Zukunft (zurich), Flex (vienna), Club 11 (amsterdam), Kamakama (italy), Cocoon (frankfurt) as well as playing Love Parade and Sonnemondsterne. To round out her techno resume Julietta also holds a residency with Harry Klein, one of the top clubs in Germany and Europe as a whole.

This is an artist you don't want to miss. A top notch DJ who is making her 1st trip to the States and knows what she is doing behind the decks. Massive amounts of ass shaking will be had.

Devil's night in Detroit brings back some interesting memories. When we were kids it was the night that you would go out and toilet paper people's trees and throw eggs at houses, good times for sure when you're 13 yrs old. Arson was huge in the actual city of Detroit with a steady tradition of lighting shit up for no other reason than the fact that it was Devil's night. I don't think it's gonna get that crazy in Seattle, but it should definitely be a night to remember.

I have been admiring what Sweatbox has been doing in Seattle, from Portland. I met Ctrl Alt Del at DEMF briefly, but got to chat with ya a lil more at your showcase Thurs night at DB. Need to come up more often to make it to your parties.

But just know from someone who thinks he gets "it," you guys definitely do get "it" as well.

You are doing well.

Sweatbox showcase in PDX would go over well, too.
