Paul Van Dyke was amazing.
The super big fist fight in the corner by the entrance was gay as fuck.
Production was amazing.
*Edited to say*
NWTEKNO Post says exclusive dj set by Pendulum. I retracted my statement.

well....i had an amazing fucking time for sure. but i gotta gripe a little, cause i like to bitch. so deal with it.
those idiots walking around with their stunna shades...take that shit off you look like a fucking moron.
ah how i love being angrily shoved in the back by anb e-tard trying to make their way to the stage.
the DNB room....god...i absolutely HATE to say this...but it sucked. big time. the sound was HORRIBLE! with the brick walls only about 20-30 feet away from teh stage, the sound was bouncing all around and i couldn't hear a damn thing. i went mostly to see pendulum and walked out on their set less than 2 songs in, i couldn't take it. not to mention it was only one of the DJ's, and an MC who was completely inaudible. so i was pretty bummed about that, i mean, the music i DID hear from their was sick as fuck, just the quality was poopy
thats about it for the complaints...oh...well...the fire alarm going off because of the fog machine in the DNB room kinda sucked. the lights were on and the only area still playing music for a good 30 minutes was the breaks area.
so NOW for the goods/greats of the party
the lineup was awesome, i wasn't dissapointed by anyone i saw, all the dj's did great. BIG props to johnny monsoon for kicking off the night properly. (i was like 3rd in line, so i got in right away) i RAN up to the stage and simply didn't stop moving to his set. RITM WAS AMAZING! hahaha i love it! i will be checking out more of their live sets.
DIG DUG was pretty fucking sweet too.
DJ TAJ gets mad props for dropping infected mushroom!
everyone did great!
the venue is awesome, would TOTALLY party there again. although...4 bucks for a fucking water is nuts...i mean i know they gotta make money...but...the water is like 25 cents for them. thats insanity
it was nice to actually have a little bit of food to buy and munch on.
security was really nice and friendly, i never fealt like any one of them were being assholes. so good job for all of them.
only, it seems like security missed a lot...i smelled a LOT of reefer. a LOT. and also saw people drinking beer from bottles inside...and then one drunk asshole almost got into a fight and threw his beer down and it shattered all over.
so i wanted to stay and finish the party, but im WAY fucking tired, and had the worst headache. luckily my good buddy captain morgan stopped by to help me with that. haha. hope everyone had as great of a time as i did, i know this was a party to remember forever. great job everyone!

eh, old "jaded" raver perspective...
I had a crew of like 12 that pre funked at my place, then mobbed down. it was fucking packed, hot. 15 yr old grirls rolling thier ass off half naked, which actually got annoying.
ran into a grip of old good friends, which was the highlight of the night. RITM was dope, but not as cool of a performance as I've seen in the past. I spent most the night wandering around socializing with old friends.
danced for a bit in the DnB area, but the sound in there was fucking TERRIBLE!!!!!! so much reverb, so distorted, I could not deal with it. and the only artists I really wanted to see were in there. I was pissed.
so I bouced after 3, not up for the afterhours, so I cabbed home.
but yeah, I was undecided on going, ended up going and spent $50 on a ticket, and aside from seing old friends, I had less fun than I have at any night at onset, for example. oh well, shoulda just done something else. but hey, it was a massif, and unless your rolling, it seems like it would be hard to have fun there, especially if you went for the shitty sounding DnB. I did manage to steal the security guy's flashlight gettin in tho, that was funny.

pvd played some awsome tracks!
was it just me or did the RITM set seem not as good as last time they played here at premier? It seemed much different and not as good....
but then again i was also not in the crowd of people watching it.
Reallly good party!
the sound was a little too loud though.... in all the rooms. It was painful! wish i had earplugs
crazy bass too!
what was up with the security? i understand it wasnt USC's fault, but DAMN, that was the worst security at a party ever. by that i mean, they were really strict! and rude! well, most of them were rude.
USC, please next time you have a party at quest field, post on the forum what they arent letting in!!
I mean, come on! No glowsticks? No cameras? No ANYTHING??!?! Ouch! ruined a lot of peoples nights. We had to go home TWICE before being allowed in!
Other than that, great party!
Just turn down the music a tad. lol

good memories.
GREAT overall night.
the crowd was fairly young, seemed to be a lot of teenagers and gay folks.. but they were very well behaved for the most part.
the the sound was cra .in dnb room but the dj's were playing bumpin sets.
the only other complaint is the $4 water, AND they took the caps off the bottle.. highway robbery.
but pvd's end of the night set more than made up for any faults. the energy of the crowd at the beginning was unbelievable and most stayed till the end. it was am interesting set from paul as well, which as a long time pvd fan i'll have to comment on more later.
now its time for a warm shower and some sleep.

So, I didn't witness any bad vibe of any sort - maybe I was just lucky. The ratio of dancers to wallflowers was remarkably better than any biggish party I've been to in a few years. All the little superficial kids with their popped collars and sunglasses and their plastic girlfriends were a bit off-putting, but the joke was on them in a room full of ex-ravers. ;) Despite going alone, I met almost a dozen new local people; all of them were outgoing and nice as hell. I thought the age range was pretty good - people were all just acting themselves, as it ought to be. And I for one say, damn, for every so-so appearance, there was a hottie to distract from it.
The artists weren't bad at all. RitM was, well, pretty much the same show they always do, but still refreshingly different than DJ after DJ. The boy from Pendulum threw down exactly as expected, and it was nice to hear slightly more hardcore versions of the stuff off the album. Heck, the MC even kept it simple and occasional. PvD was the same old same of musically uninteresting songs, but he really got the crowd jumpin', so I can't hate.
The venue was . . . mixed. Forty bucks and they still charge the better part of a fiver for water? Also, the setup was a little convoluted, it took me 15 minutes and asking 15 people to find the DnB room in the first place. :P Still, there was lots of space and *gasp* more than enough bathrooms. The sound was allright - the bass wasn't as crushing as I'd have liked in the main room, and the DnB room was a disaster of acoustics. Visuals were pretty damn spiffy. The several hundred security drones were annoying but unintrusive - up until the end where one actually unplugged the PA when the last DnB DJ didn't finish right at 4:00. Not cool, man.
Danced my ass off, ears are singin' just a bit, and I'm reassured that there are at least one or two hot ladies in the NW and many, many awesome kids still around without any of the hate. Thanks for that.
Phew, okay, I think that burned off the last of the adrenaline.

Abso-lutely-a-fuckin-mazing. Gotta throw that one in the dictionary, eh? The little fire alarm stunt at the beginning was a bit of a put off, but they soon corrected that problem and we had our other two stages back-as well as the fantastic lighting and video effects. I know my ears are going to be ringing for a while, but PVD's set just put me down-straight into a concealed state of euphoria-only made better by the fact that I had my girlfriend with me the whole time--Trance is just so intimate.
But wow, big shout out to everyone that made this possible in every sort of way-thanks guys n gals! To all you ravers that I saw again/met tonight-great times and I wish you well

Notes:
1. Don't forget earplugs again OR yes, earplugs are in fact a reason to turn around and go home and be late for shooting the event
2. Bunny makes mean drinks
3. Taj kicks ass
4. Never underestimate the power of free glow sticks (thanks RITM)
5. Beer used to be a premium, now water is, soon we will all wear still suits to shows
Great show, awesome line up, great lighting, I had a lot of fun even though my ears will be ringing for weeks. Photos will be up soon, probably on Johnny's site first
