One of the most epic movies ‘300’ made huge hit men and women all over the world wanted to know how king Leonidas and all the Spartan warriors got that steel abs. When “300” movie came out, so did ‘300’ workout. Everyone was eager to know how all the characters in the movie had boulder shoulders, barn door bags, and steel abs.
Mark Twight who is the men’s trainer is the mastermind behind this training regime for weight loss help. Many men from being around 40 pounds and overweight became a lean mean fighting machine in a matter of months because of the workout training that he had planned. People who were already lean just improved their fitness and exponentially conditioning.
The workout regime was planned in such a way that it was done in a giant-set fashion which means that you have to go from one exercise to the next, then again to the next with very minimum or no rest in between the exercises. If one couldn’t complete the desired number of reps for each exercise they were allowed to rest or pause for a while until they would finish all the reps before moving on to the next set.
Apparently, these routines were not used by the people in the film and neither should be used every day by recreational exercises. It should also be noted that this workout is not for the beginners since its demands on the muscles are very high and people who are beginners might risk an injury.
